This is the NPa Peppol Test Tool, where Peppol users can validate SI-UBL and Peppol BIS documents.
Peppol Service Providers that are signed with the NPa can also test their access points here. Access point testing includes sending and receiving documents to and from their access points, and performing specific extended tests to improve the onboarding process.
